Project Description: Gut renovation of an existing four story townhouse. Structural engineering included floor and roof framing replacement and reinforcing, new stair openings, masonry wall repair and reinforcing, rear facade modifications, pergola, dunnage for roof top dunnage. DKPEPC also performed bracing and shoring analysis and design for rear facade modifications.
