Project Description: Structural engineering design for the gut renovation/conversion of the old Times Square Bond Theater into the Toys R Us Flagship. Project included new suspended glass catwalks, glazed curtain wall assembly, canopy, ferris wheel, loading dock, elevators, multiple new floors. Project worked on while with GMS LLP.
