Project Description: Conversion of existing tenement buildings at 97 and 103 Orchard Street for museum expansion including Shop Life Exhibit, museum store, offices, conference rooms and classrooms. New elevator, stairs, ADA lift, framed floor replacement, masonry repair, facade replacement for new storefront, underpinning, cellar floor slab lowering performed. Provided project management, developed tenant protection plans, shoring and bracing design, structural sequencing and scheduling for Kel-Mar Designs Inc.
