Project Description: Renovation and expansion of a three story school. Construction of a five story lateral addition and a double story gymnasium over the existing three story building. Miscellaneous structural renovation within the existing building including elevator extension, new ADA lift, floor infill at old gymnasium, reinforcing of existing columns and foundations to accommodate new gymnasium and seismic retrofit throughout.
