Project Description: Ongoing structural engineering design within the 32 story office building for landlord and tenants. Miscellaneous work has included new floor openings for stairs, framed floor infills, support for high density files, suspended operable partitions and chandeliers. Tenant spaces have included Ralph Appelbaum Associates, Lymphoma Research Foundation, Children’s Rights, Marshall Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin etc.
