Project Description: Conversion of an existing six story cast in place concrete manufacturing building into retail and office occupancy for Lincoln Properties. Structural engineering design involved new raised roof deck, elevator extension, roof top dunnage, water tower support stabilization, steel framed canopies, new framed floor infills, extensive concrete and masonry repairs and loading dock conversion to lobby with ADA lift.
